With the current uncertainty surrounding business operations due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to reassure you it’s business as usual at Jones Melling. We aim to continue to deliver the same quality of service during the pandemic.
COVID-19 has certainly presented us with some challenges. To meet these challenges, we have put in place robust measures to protect our staff and you, our valued clients, as much as possible.
We have therefore closed our offices and the team is now working from home. We are keeping up-to-date with both government and NHS guidance to ensure we continue to follow correct procedures.
Jones Melling employees are able to continue working securely under these conditions. We can still support you by moving conversations to webinars, phone calls and email. Everything is still running smoothly and we will strive to ensure that any further changes to our working practices won’t impact client project delivery or service.
These are testing times indeed. However, our commitment to building close client relationships and exceptional levels of service is still paramount to our business. We are here to help and support clients and each other until this crisis is over.
