Our client instructed Jones Melling to advise them on the purchase and conversion of a property into a mental health facility.
This two-storey former private residential property had been vastly extended to the rear previously to provide a 7,500sqft medical centre.
The property was vacant and the client wanted to convert it into a mental healthcare provision of eight self-contained apartments and ancillary provision.
Jones Melling was instructed to undertake a survey to detail current conditions so as to allow the client to understand the full extent of remedial works needed to the property over and above conversion. Floor plans were required along with an asbestos management plan to assist the client with the conversion.
