Jones Melling recently provided Project Management and Contract Administration services for our client, Mileway, in the refurbishment of a 1,000 m2 industrial unit in Warrington.
The works, undertaken by Principal Contractor TJ Elsdon, included reconfiguration of the existing office accommodation, replacement of mechanical and electrical installations along with general upgrades to both the building’s energy efficiency and thermal performance.
