We provided building owner party wall services to administer, agree and serve a number of party wall awards with adjoining apartment / office blocks and also Peel with regards to the River Medlock and associated sluice gates.

We further provided neighbourly matters assistance with regards to detailing and monitoring the condition of surrounding public highways and such like where trucking routes are being used into and away from the site.
