Disability access audits
An access audit is an evaluation of a building, space or service, using best-practice standards to benchmark accessibility for people with disabilities.
They assess what you can reasonably do to optimise accessibility in line with the provisions of the Equality Act 2010, which superseded the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
Our access audits make straightforward recommendations, including priority ratings and associated budget costings. This means you can plan and budget for the modifications you require.
Unlike many other surveyors and property advisers, we concentrate on reasonable modifications required by legislation, avoiding any unnecessary work or activity that does not add value.
