St. Teresa’s Catholic Primary School, Stoke

St Teresa’s Primary School in Stoke was recently handed over by Jones Melling Ltd  on behalf of our client, Transform Schools (Stoke)

Initially instructed to undertake a roof condition survey, Jones Melling reported various defects to the roof and the relevant remedial works required. The survey utilised thermal imaging technology to highlight the areas most in need of refurbishment.

Following the survey, Jones Melling were later instructed to act as Contract Administrator following the project from initial survey, through tender stage, until its practical completion.

All works were able to be undertaken with minimal disruption to the pupils’ studies, a real testament to the success of collaborative working.
