Jones Melling was appointed by residents living adjacent to a large development site in Primrose Hill.
Our role was to act on their behalf on the compilation and agreement of associated party wall awards relating to the adjoining development of a new house build that included a four-storey basement.
Following a detailed review, which then included negotiations and compilation of schedules of condition, awards were put in place to cover any movement that may occur in the neighbouring buildings following the initial basement dig for the development site.
A review of the affected neighbouring buildings was then undertaken to determine any resulting damage including an outline of costs to repair it. As a result, all damage was rectified at no expense to the owners.
