Jones Melling was instructed by the client to inspect, compile and serve a terminal schedule of dilapidations for the building following a technology tenant vacating the premises.

Following the service of the terminal schedule we then negotiated the settlement of the claim with the tenant’s surveyor.

The final settlement was achieved at a higher value than the client’s expectations.
