The property was returned to our client following lease end in poor aesthetic and services condition.
We provided a terminal dilapidations service to the client in line with the lease resulting in a dilapidations settlement with the tenant.
A feasibility study provided detailed how the building could be refurbished in line with the requirements of the dilapidations claim including the splitting of the unit back into two stand alone offices.
This also covered an upgrade of external elevations and some services to meet the current requirements of the market.
We helped on full design, specification and management of works on site to completion.
