Jones Melling was appointed by Vertex to undertake a pre-acquisition survey of a building it occupied as a leaseholder, but intended to purchase the freehold of the property.

We carried out a detailed building survey outlining its current condition and remedial works required and prepared a budget estimate for the works.

Vertex was able to utilise the cost of required works as part of its negotiations with the landlord and successfully purchased the freehold of the property.
