We were approached by Haydock Commercial Vehicles to find a new site for its flagship head office and subsequently manage the construction process.

Haydock Commercial Vehicles had outgrown its previous site in Haydock.

We were tasked to find suitable sites within a geographic area. We then assessed a variety of sites through feasibility appraisals of various sites, we finally appraised the final site which suited their demographic of customers and proposed marketing scheme.

We love this sort of scheme as we are exposed to the inner workings of their business, understanding what makes them tick so we can provide them with more suitable sites for their needs.

The site was acquired and the scheme was procured under a design and build procurement route. When the contractor was selected the contractor proceeded to build out the scheme and engaged with the client very well to help facilitate the overall delivery of the scheme.
