Jones Melling was appointed by AM Technology to undertake a detailed pre-lease survey and measured survey of Berkeley Court prior to signing a lease on the property.

A pre-lease survey is similar to a pre-acquisition survey. In this case, the client was seeking to lease, not purchase the property being surveyed.

Our report detailed its current condition and remedial works required and a review of the property taking into consideration AM Technology’s requirements for occupation.

Based on the surveys and findings, AM Technology was able to enter the property lease with full knowledge of the condition of the property and associated costs for repair.
